At U.S. Polo Assn., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return status until your refund is processed.
